Began in the Fluid Power industry mid 1980’s at Archer Hydraulics as a fitter , had various maintenance roles in the injection moulding & foundry sectors,

 1991 started at Rexroth Hydraulics as a service technician whilst studying engineering, was able to fulfill various roles within Rexroth including both Internal & External Service Technician, Service manager, Sales engineer, Tubing Manager and currently have the role of NSW State Manager.

These roles have allowed to experience all aspects of the industry and gain a greater understanding how to assist preparing the industry for future challenges.
