13 years ago, Glen decided it was time to take his knowledge, skill and expertise and start something of his own. Chief Fluid Systems was born. Glen is a Hands-on Director and can regularly be found on the floor or on-site.

Glen has worked, presented, trained, and developed hose businesses worldwide (AUS, NZ,PNG, USA, Sth. Africa), this coupled with his passion and dedication has seen him become an authority within the industry. Glen’s area of expertise covers all hose, couplings, assemblies, testing and certification fromIndustrial based applications to Ultra High Pressure, Aerospace and Defence applications.

Glen, as a subject matter expert, is regularly called upon to offer third party analysis and related opinions in regards to hose failure issues. The outcomes are used to drive safety improvement processes for both operator and machinery.
